SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays same day by close of business if your item is in stock. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day. Shipping costs will be shown on the invoice.

Delivery Attempts

Our couriers will make up to two attempts to deliver your merchandise. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All returned packages will be considered a customer return, a restocking fee might be applied. Please look at return information section below for more detail. All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes

By leaving a signed note giving our couriers permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished DVD Services and our couriers of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

PO Boxes

Please contact us for detailed shipping rate if you wished to ship to a PO Box addresses. If you have the PO Box listed in the "ship to" address it will automatically default to the Australia Post service and your order will be on hold until we calculate the shipping price. DVD Services is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labour disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.

RETURN INFORMATION

Products sold by DVD Services are covered under our 7 day money back unless otherwise stated. All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail) for a full refund. If you are cancelling, please let us know as soon as possible since we do process orders as soon as we can. If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

All returns covered under our 7 day money back guarantee are subject to the following condition:

* All returned merchandise must be received no later than 7 days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
* A RA number [Return Authority] must be requested from DVD Services within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
* All products must be returned in “saleable” condition in order to receive full credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
* All returned items must have the RA number boldly displayed on the outside of the shipping container near the shipping label. Packages without a clearly displayed RA number will be refused.
* All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
* All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products.
* Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise * No restocking fee, full refund applicable

Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfied with the item.
* 15% restocking fee will apply for refund
* Shipping cost is not refundable
* All products must be returned in “saleable” condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging with RA number clearly displayed.
